h111 Platform Agreement

Welcome to h111 (referred to throughout this document as "h111", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). h111 is an English-language online betting and casino platform operated under applicable international licensing. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between h111 and any individual ("User", "you" or "your") who accesses, registers on or uses any part of the Platform at h111.cam.

By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet or accessing any feature of the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

The following terms carry the meanings set out below throughout this document:

To register and maintain an Account on h111 you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction or by the laws of your country of residence — whichever is greater.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are registering and acting solely on your own behalf and not as agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from h111 or any affiliated platform, and your Account has not been suspended or closed by h111 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor or immediate family member of h111 or any of its technology or service providers.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Each User may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Creation of duplicate Accounts — whether using different email addresses, payment methods or device configurations — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and permanent banning.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. You warrant that all information submitted to h111 is true to the best of your knowledge and will be updated promptly if it changes.

KYC Verification

h111 may require identity and age verification at any point, including but not limited to: before processing a withdrawal, after a deposit or winning threshold is reached, or as part of routine compliance checks. Standard documentation may include:

• A valid government-issued CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or current passport showing your full name, date of birth and photograph.
• Proof of address where required (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the past 90 days).
• A selfie or liveness check to confirm that documents belong to the Account holder.

h111 reserves the right to restrict Account features — including withdrawals — until satisfactory KYC documentation has been received and verified.

By using the Platform you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using any automated software, bot, crawler, script or other non-human method to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting any software error, technical vulnerability or pricing discrepancy in a manner that is not consistent with good-faith use of the Platform.
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage, including chip-dumping in poker or coordinated betting.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraudulent payment or other financial crime purpose.
• Engaging in "bonus abuse" — systematic exploitation of promotional offers beyond their intended use, including through multiple Account creation or structured wagering designed only to clear wagering requirements with minimum risk.
• Sharing Account access credentials with or allowing any third party to operate your Account.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or tamper with any element of the Platform software or infrastructure.

h111 employs automated risk management and manual review processes. Accounts identified as engaging in any prohibited activity are subject to immediate suspension, cancellation of pending bets, forfeiture of bonus balances and potential permanent closure.

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, game type or market. General principles governing betting on h111 include:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are accepted subject to available odds at the time of placement. h111 reserves the right to reject or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets above configured stake limits or bets placed on events where there is evidence of manipulation.
• Settlement: Bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as determined by h111's nominated data and results provider. h111's decision on settlement is final subject to manifest error.
• Void Bets: h111 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error (e.g., at manifestly incorrect odds), placed on a suspended market, or where the outcome was known at the time of placement.
• In-Play Betting: Live markets update in real time. Late bets accepted after an event's final result has been determined will be voided. Connection delays are the User's responsibility and do not constitute grounds for dispute.
• Cricket Specific: PSL, ICC and bilateral series cricket markets are settled in accordance with official scorecards. DLS-adjusted results are used for rain-affected matches where applicable.

h111 may offer bonuses, free bets, reload credits, cashback and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer. The following general principles apply to all bonuses:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible Account holders who meet the specific criteria stated in the relevant promotion (e.g., minimum deposit, account tier, geographic eligibility).
• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be completed before any bonus-derived balance becomes withdrawable. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds and time limits are specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated, only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus before completing existing wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of the previous bonus balance.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to a maximum cashout cap as specified in the offer. Any balance exceeding the cap will be removed before withdrawal processing.
• Expiry: Bonuses and free bets expire if not used within the time limit specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited.
• Right to Withdraw: h111 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. h111 may refuse, cancel or reclaim a bonus if it is determined that a User obtained it through fraudulent means, in violation of these Terms, or through bonus abuse.

Funding and withdrawal of h111 Accounts is subject to the payment methods available in the live cashier at the time of the transaction. The following general conditions apply:

• Supported Methods: Available deposit and withdrawal options are displayed within your Account's cashier section. Pakistani users commonly reference Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and cryptocurrency channels (BTC/USDT) as familiar options — check the live cashier for currently active methods. References to these payment service names do not imply endorsement of or affiliation with h111 by any payment provider.
• Minimum & Maximum Transactions: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier and may vary by method.
• Source of Funds: Deposits must originate from payment accounts or instruments that are registered in the Account holder's own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted and may be refunded.
• Currency: Transactions are processed in the currency available for the payment method used. Where relevant to Pakistani users, amounts may be referenced in PKR (Pakistani Rupee).
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals are processed subject to completed KYC verification, no active bonus wagering requirements, and no pending security review. Processing timelines vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier.
• Withdrawal to Original Source: h111 applies anti-money-laundering controls that require withdrawals to be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible.

h111 is committed to responsible gambling. The Platform provides a suite of self-service tools accessible from every Account dashboard to help Users manage their play:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Configure maximum allowable net losses over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set automatic session length cutoffs or activate reality-check pop-ups at configured intervals.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude your Account from the Platform at any time. During exclusion, marketing communications are stopped and Account access is locked.

Use of the Platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years or older, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. Turning 18 does not, in itself, make online gambling lawful in all jurisdictions — including Pakistan. Local laws may impose additional restrictions. It is your responsibility to comply.

h111 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Data collected may include registration information (name, date of birth, address, email), identity verification documents, device and browser data, transaction records and betting activity logs. This data is used for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, customer support and platform improvement.

h111 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared with necessary service providers (KYC partners, payment processors, fraud detection services) under confidentiality obligations consistent with the Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, h111 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform.
• Service interruptions, technical errors, third-party payment processing delays or connectivity failures.
• Incorrect odds, data errors or settlement disputes arising from third-party data provider errors, provided h111 takes reasonable corrective action upon discovery.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". h111 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.

h111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, and to cancel or void any bets or transactions, at any time and without prior notice where h111 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Account was opened by a person who is ineligible under Section 3.
• Fraudulent, abusive or prohibited activity has occurred on the Account.
• Continued Account operation creates legal, regulatory or reputational risk for h111.
• A self-exclusion request has been received or is confirmed.

Upon Account closure for any reason other than fraud or breach, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Account holder via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completed KYC and AML obligations.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting h111 support through live chat or the contact email. Voluntary closure does not waive any pending obligations including outstanding wagering requirements.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which h111 holds its applicable operating license. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or dispute resolution mechanisms of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms limits h111's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction to prevent or restrain a breach of these Terms.

h111 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, h111 will notify registered Account holders by email or through an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account as described in Section 12.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. h111 recommends bookmarking this page and checking it before placing significant bets, especially after receiving notification of an update.

If you have any questions about these Terms & Conditions, require clarification on any clause, or need to raise a dispute or formal complaint, h111's support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

h111 aims to respond to formal written complaints within five (5) business days. For disputes relating to bet settlement or Account closure, h111's complaints procedure will be made available through your Account or upon request via support.
